Having been involved in the property market, specialising in renovation and in award winning development for over 20 years, with over 23 developments completed, I made a decision to expand into sales and marketing. I am qualified to level 3 Residential Sales and was awarded membership of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) - regulated by Propertymark.

Having been a volunteer for the RNLI and currently a serving member of Mumbles Coastguard Team for over 18 years, I have retained a wealth of local geographical knowledge and a passion for the area and the people who live here.

My working knowledge of building practices and regulations have given me a better insight into the market, enabling me to give a more in-depth view of the expectations of both buyers and sellers.
